Description
Acanthus Mollis 10LT is a bold evergreen perennial known for its large, glossy, deeply lobed foliage and tall spikes of elegant white flowers with purple bracts. It is ideal for shaded borders, woodland gardens, cottage gardens, and feature plantings, where it creates dramatic architectural interest. Growing to approximately 90–150cm tall and 90–120cm wide, this hardy, low-maintenance plant flowers from late spring to summer and attracts bees and other beneficial pollinators.

Type: Evergreen Perennial
Sunlight: Full Sun to Semi-Shade. In hotter climates, afternoon shade helps keep the foliage looking its best.
Water: Water regularly during establishment. Once established, water deeply during prolonged dry periods, allowing the soil to dry slightly between waterings.
Spacing: Plant 90–120cm apart to allow each plant to develop its impressive foliage and flowering spikes.
Frost: Frost Hardy. Established plants tolerate frost well, although the foliage may be damaged by severe frosts. Remove affected leaves and fresh growth will emerge as temperatures warm.
Maintenance: Remove spent flower spikes after blooming and trim away damaged or old foliage to encourage healthy new growth.
